Exhumation   

Exhumations are permitted after 15 years, according to Singapore law (the New Burial Policy). Any human remains found in the casket will be exhumed and cremated. After that, depending on religious restrictions, the cremated bones may be kept at a columbarium or dispersed into the ocean.
